Both offenses struggled on TNF in Week 10, but it was the Raiders’ Geno Smith who struggled against the pass rush all night. Las Vegas tried to control the game on the ground, but Denver’s defense stood in their way. Ashton Giunty carried the ball 19 times for 60 yards and a touchdown. Giunty had a decent performance, but was overshadowed by the Raiders’ offensive struggles. Geno Smith finished the game with 143 passing yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception.

The Chicago Bears recorded 72 sacks as a team in the 1984 season. Denver is on pace to have 78 sacks as a team in 2025. Their defense is playing at a historic pace to start the year. Can the Broncos continue that kind of production over the final seven games? Nick Bonitto leads Denver with 9.5 sacks this season. This is the third-highest number in the NFL. He recorded 1.5 sacks in the game against the Raiders.
Jonathan Cooper is tied for fifth in the NFL with 7.5 sacks in 2025. Additionally, Zach Allen is tied for 11th with 6.0 sacks on the season. As a team, Denver has recorded 45 sacks this season. That’s 17 more sacks than the second-place team. The Broncos needed every part of their pass rush against the Raiders in Week 10. It was a low-scoring game won by defense, special teams and field positioning. Denver will play the Chiefs in Week 11 and receive a bye in Week 12.
