The Kremlin said U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff is scheduled to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on December 2.
“Indeed, a meeting with Mr. Witkov is scheduled for tomorrow. He himself mentioned this yesterday,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on December 1, according to Russia’s state-run TASS news agency. “The president will also hold several closed-door meetings today in preparation for tomorrow’s Russia-U.S. contact.”
