President Donald Trump said he would not allow Iran to resume its nuclear program after Tehran halts cooperation with international nuclear inspectors.
Speaking to reporters on Air Force 1 on July 4, the president said he believes that air strikes on three Iranian uranium enrichment sites last month were “a huge success” and permanently discourages the country’s nuclear capabilities. However, he admitted that the program could theoretically restart elsewhere.
