President Donald Trump said on July 3 that he would start sending letters to his “probably tomorrow” and “probably tomorrow” trading partners to set their tariff levels.
During a press conference beside the Air Force after the House finally passed his massive tax cuts and spending bill, Trump sent out a letter saying that while his administration is working on “several other deals,” he said, “says the tariffs they are paying.”
