WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump signed the law on July 4th, celebrating both major legislative victory and American Independence Day at a White House ceremony.
The signature took place at 5:45pm during a military family picnic on the White House property. Two B-2 Spirit bombers from Whiteman Air Force Base were each escorted by a pair of F-35 fighter jets, and they performed overpasses at a signature ceremony.
