President Donald Trump said on October 15 that he plans to attend oral arguments before the Supreme Court next month on reciprocal tariffs, most of which have been rejected by lower courts.
Sitting presidents typically do not attend Supreme Court arguments, but Trump said he would attend arguments in “one of the most important cases ever brought.”
