President Donald Trump admitted in a new interview that he takes more than the recommended daily amount of aspirin and suggested he will continue taking it because of the drug’s blood-thinning effects.
President Trump told the Wall Street Journal in a January 1 article that he suggested he reduce his aspirin intake after his doctor said he was taking 325 milligrams of aspirin a day. This is higher than the previously recommended amount of 81 milligrams per day.
