On Wednesday night, the Trump administration called on the Supreme Court to review a lower court order that overthrew most of President Donald Trump’s global tariffs.
The divided federal court of appeals for the Federal Circuit was on VOS Selection Inc. v. on August 29th. They dominated the 7-4 with the US and Oregon vs. Oregon vs. Trump.
