Sharing an anecdote on The Kapil Sharma Show, Anurag Kashyap said that Vicky Kaushal had to go to jail during the shooting of the film. “We shot in a real location without permission. While filming, we found out that it was illegal sand mining. Yes! The mafia was involved in sand mining and at that time Vicky was arrested but ‘Haramkhor’ director Shlok Sharma defeated Vicky Kaushal. Moreover, he was sent to jail twice,” Kashyap said.
