President Donald Trump has appointed David Rossner to chair the Federal Energy Regulation Commission (FERC), the agency announced Wednesday.
Rossner has been interim chair of federal energy regulators since August 8th after Trump’s appointee, 72-year-old Mark C. Christie, 72, resigned from commenting in June.
