The man who healed the world The film tells the story of Ingmar Hohr, a PhD student at Germany’s University of Tübingen who accidentally discovered the revolutionary mRNA vaccine technology that would later protect millions of people from the coronavirus. Initially, Hoare was ridiculed by experts and his findings were thoroughly ignored, but the 2020 coronavirus pandemic sparked significant interest in vaccines. But this was also the moment the biologist and former CEO of CureVac experienced his own health problems.
