The Pentagon said Tuesday it will deploy up to 700 military personnel to support immigration enforcement in Florida, Louisiana and Texas in support of President Donald Trump’s call to expand the massive deportation of illegal immigrants.
The military is born from all US forces and operates under Title 10 status, according to a June 17 statement from Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell.
