British actor-director-producer Noel Clark repeatedly asked fans to meet for sex and groped her for public lunch. Guardian Witness in Clark’s claim of honor and lib loss against British newspapers.
Today (March 24th), the woman said she began exchanging messages with Clark when she was 18 years old. Meanwhile, she sent him an explicit photo after responding to Clark’s (at the time) Twitter publication (after that) from Clark in search of “naughty or cheeky” images, Naome Morris told the court.
Morris said she was a fan of the BBC TV series Doctor Who With Clark starring between 2005 and 2010 and the exchange took place in 2010, Clark asked for nude photos and if the woman was willing to have sex with him.
In her witness statement, Morris said: “On February 13th, Noel suggested that he could come to London for his film screening, and he suggested that he might want to have sex with me on the occasion.”
Morris continued in her statement: “I told him I had no experience with anyone at all, and he replied, saying that he made him feel like a dirty old man.”
Clark is also said he would be honored to have sex with her.
The court heard that Morris suffered from agoraphobia and anxiety, and did not attend the screening and had sex with Clark.
However, the court heard that he met him in May 2010 while in Birmingham for a promotional event. Meanwhile, he invited many people to lunch at a restaurant in Nando.
In her statement, Morris said: “He grabbed my legs under the table and squeezed my thighs.
“It was very fast, but he did this several times. I was completely inexperienced so I didn’t know how to respond. I didn’t do anything.
The hearing was also said that while posing for the photo, Clark showed Morris a photo of his cell phone’s penis.
By the fall of 2010, Clark had stopped Morris’ message without explanation. It left her feeling depressed and worried about the situation and posted a message on Twitter containing tips on who is behind her stress, the court heard.
In November 2010, Clark blocked Morris from sending an email to him, and soon afterwards police visited her home in connection with allegations of harassment from Clark, told the London High Court.
Clark ultimately asked women to take legal action and sign an agreement that promises not to blog, tell someone or post indirect tweets.
Philip Williams, who represents Clark, suggested to Morris that he was stalking the actor.
Clarke said in a statement from the witness that in February 2010, requesting a “prank” photo on Twitter was deemed “normal or acceptable.”
He added:
In connection with allegations that he had groped Nando’s Morris, he said he would not touch her feet “sexually”, “I will never touch anyone sexually without their consent,” and he and the woman “have never kissed and cannot be clenched or touched in a sexual way.”
Clark, now 49, is suing Guardian News and the media (GNM). Guardianincluding more than seven articles and a podcast, including articles from April 2021, saying 20 women who knew him professionally were proceeding with allegations of fraud.
He denied the allegations and GNM defended the report as both true and in the public interest.
The hearing before Judge Steyn is expected to close in April, with a written decision expected at a later date.
