California Gov. Gavin Newsom said Friday that the state will move forward with voting measures in November and redraw the Congressional map in response to a Republican-backed Texas constituency change plan.
Alongside the state’s Democratic leaders, Newsom said he would seek special elections to vote to redraw the Congressional map in the first week of November.
