MX1 is the base variant of the XUV 3XO with features like bi-halogen projector headlamps, LED Signature lamp with front indicator, LED indicator on ORVM, LED tail lamp, six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), ISOFIX, R16 steel wheels, electric Adjustable ORVM, Start/Stop Engine, Smart Steering, All Four Electric Windows with One-Touch Down for Driver, Front Armrest with Storage, 60:40 Split Rear Seat, Rear Air Conditioning Vents, Front USB Port and USB Connector –C rear, 12V socket, adjustable headrest for the second row of seats, rear parking sensors, seat belt reminder for all passengers, height-adjustable front seat belt and 3-point seat belt for all passengers.

The MX2 comes after the MX1 and gets all the features mentioned above, plus this variant comes with a 10.25-inch infotainment system, 4 speakers, steering wheel audio controls, remote keyless entry and home tracking headlight. There is also an MX2 Pro version available, which additionally receives a single-glazed electric sunroof and wheel covers.

Next up is the MX3, this variant comes with a single-window power sunroof, 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and wired Apple Car Play, cruise control, wireless charger and wheel covers. Next is the top-of-the-range AX7 variant. This variant has all the features mentioned above, plus a panoramic sunroof, 7-speaker Harman Kardon Premium Audio system with amplifier and subwoofer, soft-touch artificial leather on the dashboard and door trim, leather seats, R17 Diamond Cut alloy wheels, automatic dimming IRVM, LED front fog lights, front parking assist, cooled glovebox with illumination and 65W USB-C swift charging.
Next in line is the AX7L version, which is additionally equipped with ADAS level 2, 360-degree surround view system with blind view monitor and electronic parking brake with Auto Hold function. This trim level will be offered with a 1.5-litre turbodiesel and a 1.2-litre TGDI turbo petrol engine.
