A public interest law firm is suing the U.S. Census Bureau to prevent the allegedly flawed procedures used in the 2020 census from being adopted again in the 2030 count, according to the lawsuit.
America First Legal said in its lawsuit that it was an effort to ensure the census counted only real people, unlike the 2020 count, in which “illegal statistical sampling techniques” were used.
