Kalki 2898 AD remains in the headlines these days. Interest in this film and curiosity among fans is growing day by day. Kalki 2898 AD makers Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan starrer have unveiled an animated prelude to the film titled Bujji and Bhairava.
Recently, the makers revealed the look of Amitabh Bachchan in which he will play the role of Ashwatthama. The promotional trailer begins with Baby asking Large B if it’s true that he can never die. Later, the veteran actor can be seen revealing his full look and says, “Dwapar yug se dashavatar ki prateeksha kar raha hoon. Dronacharya ka putra, Ashwatthama.”
Made on a budget of Rs 600 crore, Kalki 2898 AD is considered to be the most pricey Indian film ever made. Written and directed by Nag Ashwin, the film is made with the support of Vyjatanthi Movies. Prabhas plays the lead role in Kalki 2898 AD. Together with him, Deepika Padukone will play not only the main female role in the film. But this is the first time she will be sharing screen space with Prabhas.
Kalki 2898 AD, shot under the direction of director Nag Ashwin, is a sci-fi film in which eminent stars like Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, Rajendra Prasad and Pasupathi also play essential roles. Ever since the film was announced, there has been enthusiasm among the audience. Kalki 2898 AD will hit the screens on May 9 this year in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
