A federal judge rejected himself from a lawsuit in Oregon over Oregon President Donald Trump’s plan, and a lawsuit that would address the Oregon State Guard troops’ troops to deal with civil unrest outside the federal immigration facility in Portland.

Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration on September 28 after the president said he would send troops to protect Portland’s immigration facilities from “domestic terrorists.” The state is asking federal district courts to illegally find the deployment and block it.
