Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said on January 18 that the U.S. Supreme Court is unlikely to overturn the Trump administration’s tariffs under emergency law.
“I think it’s very unlikely that the Supreme Court will overturn the president’s flagship economic policy,” he said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” about the tariffs.
