The Israeli Defense Forces admitted to operational failure this Sunday, reporting the incident in full on March 23 massacre of unarmed Palestinian aid workers and admitting to breaching the order.

In a statement release On Sunday, IDF Command said one commander would be primed and the deputy commander would be denied. The IDF said after investigating the incident that sparked global outrage, “The Chief of General Staff emphasized its commitment to continuing the fight against Hamas in support of the IDF’s values, operational discipline and orders.”

In their conclusion, investigators “identified that some professional failures, violations of the orders and not report the incident entirely.” They also said that Eyal Zamir, chief of general staff and commander of the Southern Command, had accepted the findings and recommendations. “The commander of the 14th Brigade will be primed on his personal files for his overall liability for the incident. It will not name the co.

However, earlier this month, the Guardian reported that during Rafa’s attack, Golani’s forces were under the command of the armored 14 Brigade of Reserves, part of a division led by General Brigg, Yehuda Vach.

Designated kill zones in Israel

Despite saying he is highly respected, “The Deputy Commander of the Golani Reconnaissance Battalion will be rejected from his position in order to provide his responsibility as the local commander of this case and incomplete and inaccurate reporting during Debrief.”

“I’ll regret it” fires the deputy commander

The firing of the officer sparked criticism from officials and reserves.

“The decision to remove the deputy commander of the Golani Reconnaissance Force from his position is a serious mistake. You will regret it,” the nation of Ben Gwil said. Israeli Reservists – A generation of victory movements representing thousands of reserves also denounced the fire.

According to a CNN report, Major General Joab Ha Ha Heben, who participated in the investigation, said the commander who ordered the army believed under the IDF engagement rules that he would “act reasonably” against the army. “There was no evidence of unethical or immoral conduct by the military.” I said CNN.

Can’t admit fraud

Har-Leven admitted that the mistake was made during the 90-minute briefing after the statement was issued. However, he stopped admitting his misconduct.

“That’s a mistake. It could happen tomorrow – I hope it doesn’t happen – unfortunately it happened,” Har Ven said. “The order is great. I won’t shoot ambulances unless I’m a clearly identified terrorist. Or I understand that someone is feeling a threat from people coming from the ambulance.”

The autopsy reports of eight Palestinian Medics obtained by CNN show that gunshot wounds were most killed in the head or chest, while others suffered from rap shotguns wounds to the torso from the force of explosive injuries.

Conflict reports, lack of evidence

Initially, the IDF claimed that the vehicle was driving suspiciously without headlights or emergency signals. It was confirmed to be false as the photo shows the convoy lights up in a single file.

Fifteen Palestinian paramedics and other rescuers were killed in three separate shootings at the same location near Rafa, South Gaza city. They were buried in a common tomb, and a week later their bodies were found in the UN and the red crescent moon of the Palestinian.

The IDF also initially sought to justify the murder. All paramedics said they were Hamas terrorists. But they never provided evidence.
