Written and directed by Azizi, the film is produced by Azizi, Elham Azizi and Ali Azizi for Fog Films.
A statement from the ju judge led by Norwegian filmmaker Dag Johan Haugerud said:
UK Features Bearcave He has acquired the European Cinemas label. This ensures that the film will be screened at European cinema network venues.
Bearcave In co-production with British Pucci Productions, it is directed by Stergios Dynopuuros and Christiana B. Papadakis for the Greek Pamligo Collective.
Producers are Emily Sky Hickin, Thanasis Mikalopoulos, Arshinoi Pilou, Ishan Sanjay Deshpande, Dinopoulos and Papadakis.
The film is set in a mountain village in Greece. There, a woman challenges her best friend to embark on an adventure to find the mysterious bear cave.
The label judges for Europa Cinemas described it as “both the collision and fusion of the old and the new. The film is built like a thriller, but there is more than a supernatural touch.”
