His latest social media posts are proof of this. “The Future” is filmed on Instagram in a video that appears to be shaming Jack Della Maddarena’s appearance.
Garry and “JDM” had a nasty interaction at UFC 315 Fight Week before the Australian defeated Beral Muhammad and won the UFC welterweight title.
Now, Floodgates has opened with Garry aiming for the 170 pound champion in his latest Instagram video post.
The Irishman cracked Della Madarena’s physical appearance by comparing the welterweight champion with the sloth Goony.
“I’m in a comic bookstore here in the UK. I’m shocked. I’ve never seen the UFC move an action figure as fast as Jack Della Madarena in my life.
“I’m so proud of you. Look at it. The world champion and you have your f**** g action figure. Good for you, I’m so proud of you. Good work.”
The feud between Ian Garry and Jack Della Maddalena doesn’t seem to end anytime soon. But can the pair actually face up quickly within the UFC Octagon?

Following the nasty interactions during UFC 315 Fight Week, the story of the proposed fight between Ian Machado Garry and Jack Della Maddarena certainly garnered momentum.
Garry’s latest excavation at the new UFC welterweight champion on social media seems to be a way to seduce Australians into a fight with the Irish people.
But that battle definitely won’t happen next. Don’t rule that out for the future, but it seems that the battle between Jack Della Madarena vs Ian Garry still has to wait for something else.
This is because Islamic Makhachev’s next fight will be against King Della Madalena, who is 170 pounds, following his official announcement that he will move to welterweight to become the two-part UFC champion.
UFC Pound for Pound #1 has also officially left the UFC lightweight title, with Ilia Topuria vs Charles Oliveira in the UFC 317 main event now in the battle for the old belts of Makhachev.
This means Ian Garry will have to wait a little longer to take a shot in UFC Gold, whether against “JDM” or Makhachev, whether he wins the UFC welterweight title fight by the end of the year.
In the meantime, “The Future” could possibly see a fight with people like Leon Edwards, Usman vs Buckley winners, and even Sean Brady.
Another option for Ian Garry’s next fight is against Michael Morales, who jumped four spots in the latest UFC Welterweight rankings.
Della Maddalena vs Garry definitely won’t happen next, but the Irish still have plenty of options.
