Fardeen Khan, son of Firoz Khan, is currently the talk of tinsel town. The actor returned in a substantial way after a break of 14 years with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s debut series Heeramandi. Fardeen Khan recently spoke about the sequel to No Entry and regretted not taking part in the film. He also mentioned that this particular film is very close and close to his heart.
According to a PTI report, Fardeen Khan said, “I have heard the script, it is hilarious. I think everyone was trying very demanding to figure out whether it was Salman Khan, Boney Kapoor or Anees Bazmee. This is a film that is close to my heart. I wish we could have been a part of it, but it wasn’t meant to be. These things happen.
“For Anees and Boney, I have nothing but love and best wishes for the sequel. All I can say is: ‘Don’t ruin it.’ “I don’t know if they’re doing anything different with the sequel, but I’m pretty sure it’ll be something close to what Anees has already written. I think it will be amazing. I wish them happiness, darling, I can’t wait for it to come out,” producer Boney Kapoor recently announced that the sequel is in energetic development and will star Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Arjun Kapoor, who directed the first part with Fardeen, Salman Khan and Anil Kapoor , also returns in the sequel.
For the uninitiated, ‘No Entry’ is about two married men (Fardeen and Anil) who get into trouble because of their womanizing boyfriend, Prem (Salman). In the first part, Lara Dutta, Esha Deol and Celina Jaitley played the main female roles, and Bipasha Basu appeared in a longer episode. ‘No Entry 2’ is expected to hit the screens in December this year.
Fardeen Khan made his acting debut with the romantic drama Prem Aggan, which released in 1998. He even won the Filmfare Award for Best Debut for this film. He became renowned for the survival thriller “Jungle” starring Urmila Matondkar. Heyy Babyy, Janasheen, No Entry and Om Jai Jagadish are some of the films in which his performances received applause from the audience.
Fardeen Khan is currently seen in Heermandi. He plays the role of Wali Mohammed. The series stars Sonakshi Sinha, Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sharmin Segal, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Richa Chadha. The series also marks Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s OTT debut. Heeramandi presents a fascinating picture of pre-independence India by bringing together the entire cast. The series premiered on May 1 on the OTT platform Netflix.
