It’s good to be Kylie Jenner. I’m not sure about you, but personally, cars, jewels, and a wardrobe full of fashion seem great, but pale in comparison to one thing: how often she gets her nails done. It’s really not even about the frequency, but the lavish attention to detail and custom designs – not to mention the whole home visit factor. Not only are Jenner’s best manicures completely separate and unique, but so is the salon her. IMO this is such a bonus when it comes to access to the jet.
Jenner relies on several great celebrity nail stylists to bring her ideas to life – including: Lisa Kon, The Legend of ChaunAND Kim Truong – but he manages to give them all his own distinctive style. While Jenner doesn’t hesitate to join an existing trend (see: brown nail polish and various French tips), she mostly creates her own. Combining different nail shapes and lengths with personalized graphics, 3D accents, charms and intricate patterns, she constantly appears on Instagram or on TV with the most captivating manicures in the entire industry.
Coming soon, check out Jenner’s best nail moments of all time.
Holographic rainbow chrome
Spotted during her tropical family vacation in the Bahamas, each of Jenner’s almond-shaped nails are painted in a different shade of holographic chrome powder. Made by Zola Ganzorigtthey give off an iridescent, shell-like glow in the island sun.
Osyer-gray gloss
Jenner’s shiny and almost lucid oyster gray nails are one of the most fashionable versions of chrome madness. It fits perfectly with her relatively newly discovered “aged money” style, an understated but fun manicure that goes with everything.
Bright yellow
A summer classic, this dreamy shade of yellow makes a nice contrast to the gray top and bubblegum pink tights Jenner wears in the Kylie Cosmetics shoot. However, it is a perfect match to the sunset painted on the background behind her.
Flowers in Technicolor
An abstract swirl of flowers, polka dots and amorphous patterns, Jenner’s summer ensemble may be one of her most captivating yet. The technicolor shades used are forceful, so she concentrated them only on the ends – they are equally effective in a tiny space.
Bold bandana print
The detailed detail in these brown bandana nails is truly mesmerizing – each paisley swirl is extremely carefully painted. In a cold twist, each finger is a slightly different shade of brown, which only makes the design look more intricate.
Pearl French hands
The only thing better than mother-daughter manicures (which Jenner and sweet little Stormi often do) is showing them off with matching rings. While the purpose of this photo was to show off the toi et moi diamonds, it’s impossible not to notice the miniature, sparkling pearls scattered throughout her French tip.
Immobile nails with glitter
The TV is stagnant, but make it shine. Jenner’s silvery, shiny square nails practically vibrate with all that holographic sparkle. Jenner needs to be careful in the Los Angeles sun — the rays of featherlight reflecting off these nails are blindingly dazzling.
Checkered nails
Checkerboard nails have been bubbling under the radar for a year, but Jenner’s version could be the thing that brings them mainstream. Not only did she keep the diagonal pattern on the toes for a pseudo-French look, but she did it all in contrasting shades of neon for even more effect Pop music.
Nails with pink dots
And speaking of neon, Jenner’s French polka-dot manicure features all shades of DayGlo pink, orange, and red. What makes the look especially cold is the gradient effect created by the increasing size of the dots along the entire length of the nails.
Nail gloss
Sometimes the most impactful manis are the simplest. Jenner tried out the viral “gloss nail” trend, which calls for a super-shiny shade of nail polish that closely matches your skin tone. It makes your nails look long, natural and ultra-clean – pure sophistication.
Orange French hands
See, this is the Jenner MO mentioned above – making the long orange tips would have been cold in itself, but she had to take it a step further by placing three-dimensional dew drops on each of them. He almost always adds an unexpected element to keep the look fresh.
Pucci print swirls
Jenner Pucci nails are the only way to describe Pucci nails, an instantly recognizable homage to the legendary designer’s signature prints. Carefully recreated on each nail, her ring finger even has a pinkie Emilio in the script.
Butterfly nail art
You could build an entire dissertation around Jenner’s butterflies. She’s done butterfly nail art before, but this look is made unique by its vast design split down the middle.
Birkin-brown nail polish
Does anything look as sophisticated as brown nail polish? I may be wearing an alligator Birkin, but that’s the only thing close. Jenner matched her razor-sharp nails to her purse (or maybe vice versa?) for the large photo shoot, but she loved them so much that she decided to keep them with her for a while.
3D drop nails
Putting a whole up-to-date spin on the “glaze” trend, Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics-inspired manicure features a clear, dripping coating that appears to be dipped in shine. She’s always loved 3D touch manicures, but this one is extra special for the makeup mogul.
Manicure for cash
Until they bill for a billion dollars, Jenner will have to settle for hundreds. Her cash nail wraps are applied to just a few fingers, while the remaining fingers feature subtle ombré French tips. A very bold, artistic manicure is always a good idea, but this style breaks the bill and provides a more restrained look.
