According to an official statement by the group, Yemeni Hooty recorded the group on Sunday targeting the Jaffa region with several ballistic missiles. The entry into the battle of Iranian allies in Yemen opens up a new phase of regional escalation and strengthens the potential for a “multilateral front” against Israel.

Ansal Allah’s military spokesman, Brigadier General Yahya Sari, said in a TV statement that the attacks have been carried out in the last 24 hours and targeted what he described as a “sensitive location” in Jaffa city, Israel. Sally confirmed that a coordinated operation was carried out with a recent Iranian attack on Israel.

An attempt to assassinate Israel in Yemen?

Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that the air force had launched airstrikes in Yemen, targeting Houthi Group’s Chief of Staff Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Ghamari, according to intelligence sources. The websites of television channels “Kan” and “Axios” say Israeli officials are saying that if the operation is successful, it will be “very important and dramatic.”

However, sources from Houthi denied that any of the group’s leaders were being targeted normally, emphasizing that what was being circulated was an “attempt to hide Israel’s failure in repelling the attack.”

In the broadcast of a speech aired by Al-Masirah TV, Ansar Allah leader Abdul Malik Al-Houthi announced his full support for Iran’s response to Israel, threatening what he described as an “open and long-term war” against Tel Aviv. Al-Houthi added that Yemen is part of a fateful battle fought by the “axis of resistance.”

Iran’s attacks: postponed missiles and widespread destruction

Fars news agency reported that Tehran used sophisticated tactical missiles equipped with solid fuel and equipped with high-explosive warheads, including the “Emad”, “Qader” and “Khyber” models. The official IRNA news agency has also confirmed the use of the polar missiles in the latest strike in Haifa city.

The New York Times reported that the attack would directly damage Israel’s major research centers, leading to a fire in one of the laboratory buildings. Yediot Ahronott also reported that Rehobot’s Wiseman Science Institute was severely damaged by the rocket.

With Houthis officially entering the circle of escalations, the conflict has transcended the traditional framework between Tehran and Tel Aviv and turned into a multi-faceted regional conflict. Without mild signs, the region appears to be heading for an open escalation that could change the contours of the Middle East over the coming decades.
