Germany’s Rapid Eye Movies launches world sales division

Exclusive: Cologne-based distributor producer Rapid Eye Movies (REM) is expanding operations by launching its internal global sales division under the banner of Rapid Eye Movies International Distribution.

The first lineup includes the latest projects from Maverick Philippines filmmaker Cubun Rizal’s Mamisa: The Fantasy of Revengea hand-painted 35mm silent film made entirely using AI, about the fragmented colonial history of his country at the turn of the 20th century, and the latest two films by 93-year-old German director Alexander Cluge.
