A24 has announced the first trailer for Benny Safdie’s Smashing Machine.
Dwayne Johnson has appeared in the biopic as mixed martial artist Mark Kerr at the peak of his power, questioning himself at the peak of his powers during the silently banned era of the UFC and suffering from life and his relationship with his girlfriend Dawn Staples.
A24 was produced and funded Smashing Machine I went on a date for the October 3rd release in North America.
Safdie, along with Johnson, Danny Garcia and Hiram Garcia, produces his company for the count for $7 productions David Coplan and Eribush.
