Pan-european Vuelta Group has fully acquired the UK-based sales costume film Constellation from founder and CEO Fabien Westerhoff.
The company’s operations will be integrated with Global Screen, an international selling outfit based in Germany, part of Vuelta’s sales company, Playtime Group.
Film constellation and global screens act as global constellation.
Westerhoff will be executive roles as managing director of theatre film division at Global Constellation, focusing on animation, family entertainment and genre films.
Ulrike Schroder is the managing director of Global Constellation’s TV Division.
Global Constellation will work closely with Vuelta Germany, Vuelta’s German film distribution division, which was born from the merger of Squareone and Telepool.
Enhanced Slate brings together the existing roster of Film Constellation and Global Screen. The title includes Alejandro Amenábar’s Prisoner, John Michael McDona The fear is the rider, Emily Atef’s English Call me the Queen and Jeremy Conte’s Paradise.
It is also included in the lineup Elm With Fernando Eimbcke Welcome to home baby Andreas Prochaska premiered in the Panorama section of the 2025 Berlinale.
Animated slate is The last dinosaur Ben Smith, The Last Whale Singer By RezaMemari GrowCodile Joost Van Den Bosch and Erik Verkerk Carmen By Sebastien Laudenbach.

Global Constellation is located within the Playtime group, which also includes the French distributor Playtime, Berlin-based film boutique and Brussels-based Be for Films.
