The Director and I are committed to stepping into public corruption and political weapons in both law enforcement and intelligence reporting. That’s a priority for us. However, what I learned during the necessary research process that properly presupposed these aforementioned issues shocked my heart. You cannot operate a republic like this. After learning what I have learned, I will never be the same.
We intend to conduct these justice and appropriate investigations by books and in accordance with the law. We are all going to get an answer worthy of us all. Like any investigation, I cannot predict where it will land, but I can promise you an honest and dignified effort towards the truth. Not “my truth” or “your truth”, but the truth.
