Eliros introduces buyers to the Snoop Dogg Horn Tard House project at the Toronto International Film Festival, oversees media capital technology, and the horror section is fully funded and produced.
Snoop acts as a producer Don’t go to that house, bitch! Alongside Ross, he writes and produces the film’s soundtrack. The plot details remain under the wrap. He reunites with Ross after directing the 2012 music video Lalara.
Producers include Christopher Woodrow and Raj Singh of Media Capital Technologies. Executive producers are John Schnalls and Holly Adams of the horror section, along with Connor Di Gregorio, Ellimasilon and Lorenzo Antonucci from Media Capital Technology.

This project marks Ross’ second film after the horror section Ice cream manthe title of Cannes that will be selling to wrap the main photos in Toronto today (September 5th). In 2026, it received a wide range of theatrical releases through the Horror Section, a fan-owned venture that Ross launched with Media Capital Technology.
Media Capital Technologies is behind new US distributor Row K, led by former IMAX and Paramount Top executive Megan Colligan.
