Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who is certainly ahead of the league in the industry, always makes sure that every time he appears on the substantial screen, his heart beats faster. The duo could be seen together in Budapest, and the director shared several photos on Instagram.
Along with a few photos, he wrote in the caption: “I’m back on set with my first hero! How nothing can change! Haha! I love you, Saif!” It is not clear whether they are collaborating on a film or a series and whether Siddharth is associated with the project as a director or producer.
For the uninitiated, the duo collaborated on the 2007 film Ta Ra Rum Pum. The film stars Rani Mukerji, Ali Haji, Angelina Idnani, Jaaved Jaaferi and Victor Banerjee, among others. Before making his directorial debut, Siddharth Anand co-wrote the script with director Kunal Kohli for the 2004 film ‘Hum Tum’, which won Saif the National Award for Best Actor.
Meanwhile, on the front, Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Adipurush. The film also starred Prabhas and Kriti Sanon. The film premiered in 2023. Adipurush tells the story of Raghav, a prince of the Ikshvaku dynasty of Kosala, who tries to save his wife Janaki from the hands of the demon king Lankesh. The film is said to have been made on a huge budget of Rs 600 crore and has performed at the box office despite having one of the biggest opening weekends at the box office.
Siddhartha Anand’s latest film Fighter has collected huge numbers at the box office. The film stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Rishabh Sawhney, Akshay Oberoi, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Karan Singh Grover, among others. The film tells the story of Shamsher Pathania, who fulfills his lifelong dream and becomes a member of the Indian Air Force.
