The film was released at UniFrance Rendez-Vous in January and had its world premiere in Toronto in September. The film will have its MENA premiere today (December 7th) at the Red Sea International Film Festival.

The story revolves around a 20-year-old violin prodigy who is confined to life in an orphanage, and her only escape seems to be marriage. But when the genius composer Vivaldi, now known around the world for “The Four Seasons,” arrives as a new violin teacher, her life changes dramatically, and their complicated artistic relationship gives her the strength to challenge her destiny.
Tecla Insoria co-stars with Michele Riondino as Vivaldi and Stefano Accorsi as her suitor in an arranged marriage.
The film is being produced by Italy’s Indigo Films in collaboration with Warner Bros. Entertainment Italia and France’s Moana Films. In Italy, Primavera will be released by Warner Bros. Italia, with Diajuana Distribution handling the French release.
