According to an aviation lawyer represented by the aviation lawyer, Indian government officials sent the wrong ruins to several British families whose loved ones died in the crash of a plane late last month.
Some of the dead had been cremated or buried in India, but the ruins of at least 12 victims had been repatriated, the Guardian It has been reported.
“I sat at these lovely British families last month, and the first thing they want is their loved ones,” said James Healy Pratt, an international aviation lawyer who represents the grieving family.
“But some of them have the wrong ruins, and they are clearly confused by this. It’s been going on for a few weeks, and I think these families deserve an explanation,” added Healy Pratt.
Camlide body part
In one case, the London coroner discovered that the DNA of several bodies was co-mixed in one of the cas, Healy-Pratt. I said British Press PA Media.
“My understanding was that co-skilling had begun. This warned Dr. Wilcox against the fact that she must be 100% enthusiastic about checking the identification of the ruins that are coming in,” the lawyer said. “She was then able to determine that a certain loved one was not the person her family thought they were.”
All but 242 passengers and one of the crew were killed on June 12 after Air India lost momentum and was attacked by a densely populated area of Ahmedabad in western India. The survivors were walking away from the crash fall area in a state of despair and chaos.
Aviation authorities have not yet announced the cause of the crash. Still, Report The fuel control in the cockpit of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner was turned over, suggesting that the engine had been stripped of power.
The fuel switch was off
The audio in the black box reveals that at one point, one of the pilots asks the other pilot why they turned the fuel switch over. According to To CNN. The other pilots replied that he didn’t.
After a while, the switch was turned over to restore the fuel supply. Both engines were released and began to “progress to recovery,” but it was too late to restrain the vertical drop of the aeroplane.
The families of the three victims said they were “deeply bothered” by Wednesday’s revelation, demanding that authorities act “in care, coordination and respect.”
“Recent developments have only confirmed what many people are afraid of. There may have been serious mistakes and the dignity and rights of the victims and their families are not as protected as they should have,” they said in a statement.
Unacceptably poor custody
Although the relatives of the victims who were mistakenly received remained, families who received the “combed” body parts were able to organize them and hold the funeral.
Healy Pratt said his family contacted the offices of the MP, the Foreign Office, and the Prime Minister and Foreign Secretary.
“As for known evidence, these lost loved ones’ custody chains were unacceptably poor,” the lawyer said. “We are investigating the causes of these failures and the demanding answers on behalf of these worthy British families.”
