Jonathan Givony is ESPN’s NBA draft expert. He has the latest Inter and information from sources around the league. In Givony’s recent mock draft, Rutgers’ Ace Bailey dropped from pick 3 to pick 6. Originally, Bailey was predicted to be the 76ers’ third overall pick. However, in Givony’s mock draft, Philadelphia chose Baylor’s VJ Edgecombe for his third overall pick. Ace Bailey was selected for the sixth by Washington for several picks.
Prior to the 2025 NBA Draft, Ace Bailey rejected the offer that the team would visit within his range or carry out one training session. Jonathan Gibbonney believes this is why Bailey’s draft stock is moving in the wrong direction. He said the 18-year-old is scheduled to train with the 76ers on Friday.
