Hosbec (The Hotel Association) and the Doble Amor Association have signed a project to promote the integration of work for people with disabilities.

The two associations have worked together to establish an action plan to promote “complete and productive” employment for people with disabilities.

People facing obstacles face challenges when looking for and managing jobs. Because their working conditions are often too strict or not challenging enough. To ensure fair treatment and productivity in this community, the Doble Amor Association focuses on the care and training of people with intellectual disabilities.

With over 40 years of support for the community, the organization oversees supporting personal development by providing quality education for all people with special needs and specialized training to promote integration into the labour market.

Hosbec General Secretary Mayte Garcia has expressed his determination to expand and improve job opportunities for people with disabilities as he has begun a collaboration with Jose Luis Calvo Bou, president of the Doble Amor Association.

Her commitment to providing quality employment opportunities, as she emphasized that “labor inclusion plays a fundamental role in balancing economic growth and social well-being.”

The two associations will implement an activity program that encourages functional diversity to participate and enter the labor market.
