According to the company, these installations enable charging various electric vehicles, including popular models such as: Nexon’s dadMG ZS EV, Tata Tiago EV and more.
How to utilize free charging
To charge their electric vehicle for free, users simply need to download the Statiq app, log in, add their vehicle and start charging it. The company claims there are no hidden fees, it is completely free, and users can charge their cars as many times as they want.
All passenger vehicles are permitted, except public transport such as taxis, which includes two-wheeled vehicles using rapid and snail-paced chargers on all public networks. Free charging is available on all chargers in the Statiq app, including Glida, Sunfuel, e-fill and more.

Akshit Bansal, Founder and CEO, Statiq, said, “Through this campaign, we aim to raise awareness and encourage more people to choose the EV route while increasing our visibility in the southern market.” Last year, Statiq introduced a fresh real-time analytics feature that simplifies electric vehicle travel by consolidating key information in the Statiq app. It offers a range of features including total kilometers traveled, remaining range update and charging indicator.
Statiq currently has over 7,000 EV chargers deployed across tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India. The company says it aims to enhance the number of electric vehicle charging stations to 20,000 by the end of 2025.
