The acting skills and beauty of Oscar winner Anne Hathaway cannot go unnoticed. The actress gained worldwide recognition thanks to her appearance in the film The Princess Diaries. Anne Hathaway’s versatility in acting, beauty and fashion captivated Internet users. As reported by PTI, the actress revealed some details about the third part of the most popular film.
When asked to share the latest information, Anne Hathaway said: “We are in a good place. That’s all I can say. There is nothing to announce yet. But we’re in a good place.” For the uninitiated, Anne Hathaway played the role of the perfect princess Mia of Thermopolis in the first two films. The first part, directed by Meg Cabot, was released in 2001, and in 2004, the sequel “The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement” was released, directed by Garry Marsh.
Anne Hathaway was last seen in the romantic comedy titled The Idea of You. Directed by Michael Showalter, the film also stars Nicholas Galitzine, Ella Rubin, Viktor White, Perry Mattfeld, Reid Scott and Dakota Adan, among others. The Idea of You tells the story of a 40-year-old single mother who begins an unexpected romance with a 24-year-old boy band singer.
The film hit theaters on March 16 and was well received by Internet users for its great acting and plot. However, the film will be released on May 2 on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. The Ideo of You was based on the novel of the same name by Robinne Lee.
