Kartik Aaryan’s Chandu Champion tells the story of an athlete named Murlikant Petkar. This is Kartik Aaryan’s first collaboration with the filmmaker, directed by Kabir Khan. The film is jointly produced by Sajid Nadiadwala’s banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The film is scheduled to hit theaters on June 14.
Apart from Chandu Champion, Kartik will next be seen in Anees Bazmee’s horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film will hit theaters on the occasion of Diwali this year. Critically acclaimed actors like Triptii Dimri, Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit will star alongside Kartik in this film. Moreover, Kartik Aaryan and Vishal Bhardwaj are in talks for their first collaboration. Reports suggest that the film will be titled ‘Arjun Ustara’ and will be shot abroad in Greece.
