Creators Raayan, starring Dhanush have announced the release date of the film. Dhanush directed the film, produced by Sun Pictures.
Raayan, Dhanush’s 50th film will hit the screens on June 13, 2024. The makers released the first single of the film and announced the release date Raayan.
The single, written and sung by Dhanush along with composer AR Rahman, is titled Adangatha Asuran. The song was choreographed by veteran Prabhu Deva. The song highlights the hero’s bravery and his ability to do the impossible.
Kalidas Jayaram, Sundeep Kishan, SJ Suryah, Prakash Raj, Selvaraghavan, Dushara Vijayan, Aparna Balamurali and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar are the other actors in the film. The film was shot by Om Prakash and edited by Prasanna GK. The acrobatics were choreographed by famed choreographer Peter Hein.

Meanwhile, Dhanush is collaborating with renowned Telugu filmmaker Sekhar Kammula for the first time. entitled Because, The film also stars Nagarjuna, Aparna Balamurali, Sundeep Kishan and Jim Sarbh. He’s also going to direct NilavukKu Enmel Ennadi Kobam. The Tamil star will play the role of music maestro Ilaiyaraaja in the biopic directed by Arun Matheswaran. He is also the lead actor in the film Mari Selvaraj D 52.
