The FBI confirmed that a man was arrested in connection with an altercation at the office of Assistant U.S. Attorney Alina Haba for the District of New Jersey earlier this week.
FBI spokeswoman Emily Molinari confirmed Saturday that authorities had arrested Keith Michael Risa, 51.
