A new survey of California voters shows that a small number of votes in favour of Gavin Newsom Gov. Gavin Newsom’s constituency change plan in November as a way to win more democratic party seats in Congress.
An Emerson College Voting Survey of California voters, issued September 19, found that 51% of voters will vote in favor of Proposition 50 in the November special election.
