Most of us K-12 students have already returned to classrooms or are now restricted to mobile phones on public school premises this year.
According to a review on the state legislative assembly website, 30 states and the District of Columbia have enforced laws or regulations that prohibit or restrict students’ phone use at schools, and the District of Columbia are currently following busy legislative sessions across the country.
