The Andic Family, the 95% owner of mangoes, bought back the fashion brand’s huge logistics centre in Lisada Manto, Barcelona for 170 million euros and regained its core assets nearly a decade after selling it.

This transaction was confirmed by the holding company Puntanamarks the biggest family move since the recent death of founder Isaac Andic.

The 280,000m² logistics hub is one of the largest in Southern Europe in the textile industry, distributing inventory to over 2,800 mango stores and processing large amounts of online orders. Brainle.

Originally developed in 2011, it was sold in 2016 for sales and leaseback transactions. Over the past decade, the assets have changed hands from Punta NA to VPG multiple times, then followed by Tritax Eurobox, then acquired it in 2024 before selling it back to the family.

Andic Family expands its retail portfolio

Puntana is actively expanding its Premium Retail Holdings. In April 2025, the group acquired Paseo de Gracia’s Prada flagship store in Barcelona for €60 million. Brainle.
