The NHL playoff battle between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers was decided in the seventh game after both franchises went to level six games later.
After the opening 2 match, the Canadian side boasted a 2-0 lead and looked comfortable in that position before losing the next three games. Game 3 ended with a 2-0 shutout, and Game 4 ended with the Panthers 6-1.

Like Justin Bieber, who put a heartfelt message on Instagram after his defeat, even with the star name in attendance, the Maple Leafs seemed to have exhausted steam at home and lost their final two matches at Scottia Bank Arena.

Leon Draysightle will take part in his third NHL Playoff Western Conference Finals after the Edmonton Oilers won a dominant 4-1 series victory over the Vegas Golden Knights.
Being the highest paid player in the NHL, Dry Eitle’s performance is under the microscope, and so far his performance in the NHL playoffs has been fantastic, contributing 16 goals (5G + 11a) in 11 appearances.

He said: “ Of course, there is a lot of pressure here in Canada. Media, fans, and expectations – that’s exactly what it is. It’s a hockey country, starting with hockey and ending with hockey in this country.
“I don’t know if the team feels pressured by it. I’m not the right person to answer that, but we can handle it. We’re excited to go back to play and do our best.”
