The Tribeca Festival has planned talks, conventions and retrospective screenings for the 2024 edition.
The festival’s Storytellers series will feature conversations with Judd Apatow, Andy Cohen, Kieran Culkin, Michael Stipe, Laverne Cox and Kerry Washington, conversations with Nicole Avant and Jon Batiste celebrating Nat King Cole with author and music journalist Marcus J. Moore. The “Directors” series will feature a conversation between director Gus Van Sant and Vito Schnabel, whom Van Sant recently directed in Feud: Capote vs. Swans.
Tribeca will also celebrate its 50th and 40th anniversaries Average streets AND respectively, with screenings of both films followed by interviews with Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro and Nas after Average streets and Kevin Bacon later Footloose. Steven Spielberg also invites you to a show celebrating the 50th anniversary of his theater debut titled Sugarland Expressto Tribeca and will participate in a post-screening conversation.
The festival will be a continuation of this year’s celebration of the 25th anniversary of the premiere The Sopranos with a screening of the documentary at the Beacon Theater Sharp guy directed by Alex Gibney, followed by a reunion with creator David Chase, executive producer Terence Winter and Sopranos to throw.

The announcement comes after the festival revealed its lineup of feature films, television, low videos AND audio storytelling AND Games Sections. Tribeca recently announced that it is expanding to Portugal with the first-ever European edition of Tribeca Festival Lisboa, which will take place from October 17-19.
The 2024 Tribeca Festival will take place from June 5 to 16 in Recent York.
