With a 3-14 record in 2024, the New York Giants hold the third pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Titans are expected to choose Miami’s Come Ward on their first overall pick.
Draft analysts expect the Browns to take either Abdul Carter or Travis Hunter with them on their second pick. This gives the board a wide open in New York’s third place, with many options. Prior to the draft next Thursday, New York will have three private training sessions with QBs. These include Chedure Sanders of Colorado, Jalane Millor of Alabama, and Tyler Schaff of Louisville. Will New York be taking QB next week with their third overall pick?

Ahead of the 2025 NFL Draft, the Giants don’t turn the stones over when they try to find their next franchise QB. They signed veterans Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson this offseason. Giants GM Joe Shane spoke to reporters this week and said he was happy with the QB room in New York. However, they would say that the team’s actions are not the case. The NFL Insider reports that the Giants have three private training sessions before the draft next Thursday.
They will meet with Chedur Sanders, Jalen Milllow and Tyler Schaff. Sanders is expected to be his first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The question is where does it lie? It could soon be like the Giants in Pick #3 and the Steelers in Pick #21. On Thursday, the Giants will meet again with Sanders, a player who has conducted extensive research. The Giants also have private training scheduled with Alabama’s Jalen Millol.
He doesn’t have a first grade heading into the draft, but analysts believe he can go to the early second round. The 22-year-old spent all four seasons of his college career with Crimson Tide. Along with Sanders and Millol, the Giants are doing another private training with Louisville Tyler Schaff. He spent seven seasons at the college level and is a unique QB prospect at age 25. But Shough has launched a draft board and the Giants are doing his homework for him. We’ll tune into the NFL Draft next Thursday to see if they’ll draft one of the three QBs the Giants trained privately this week.
